The Fager Hector Hackamore is designed to provide more direct and precise communication while maintaining a soft and comfortable feel for the horse.
Its unique Fager design combines carefully shaped shanks with a soft rubber nosepiece. The rubber offers gentle cushioning across the nose, helping to distribute pressure comfortably while allowing the rider’s aids to remain clear and responsive.
Choose between Short or Medium shanks, depending on the amount of leverage and response preferred.
The Hector Hackamore is sold complete with a pair of shanks and a rubber nosepiece. The curb strap is sold separately. We recommend using a lip strap to stabilize the shanks.
